"I had enquired with a few Motorcycle inspectors I found on the 'Net, and to my surprise, I got a reply from MIS the very next day (a Sunday), with a very comprehensive introductory e-mail explaining in detail what they do.
They were also very curious as to what model the bike was. Others didn't even answer or give me more than a two-sentence reply email.
Talking on the phone, Paul was professional, courteous, and made me feel as if he had plenty of time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or that he had to go, as I kept firing off questions to him, which he gladly answered.
After the inspection, I was made aware that they even went beyond what was promised and took a flat battery back to his workshop to recharge, so he could then check all the electrics and go for a ride on the bike I was looking at purchasing.
Now that's dedication! Good one MIS!
They even referred me to some trucking companies for transport if I bought the bike, (which I eventually did).
Additional calls after the inspection were still very professional and re-assuring, with the same high level of service as earlier calls.

I needed to get a bike checked for my son and had arranged to view the bike at 2pm on a Saturday arvo which we duly did.

- now if that's not service I don't know what is!!

The inspection was within 24 hours, a verbal report via telephone given immediately post inspection.
